Free Shipping on Every Order
We offer free shipping on all Ionix Leggings orders — no minimum purchase required, no exceptions.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 6–10 business days
- Canada: 8–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
- International: 14–22 business days depending on destination

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier conditions, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us at support@clickcraftventures.net before initiating any dispute — we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@clickcraftventures.net and we will investigate immediately. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us directly before filing any chargeback or payment dispute for shipping concerns.

Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
